Every Chef would like to present their food to customers within one meal. So the easiest way to know the Chef and understand the concept will be through “Tasting Menu”.
Chef Francesco Lenzi presents to you a mouthwatering experience with all finest selection ingredients. Together with new ideas Tasting Menu at Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen.
All the menu come from both the land and the sea, “Carpaccio di Capasanta”. Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio topped with Capers. Fresh Mozzarella from Buffalo Milk. Add the special taste from the sea with fresh sea urchin and soy sauce.
One more dish from the sea is the “Scampo Arrosto” pan-Seared Langoustine from Italy. Served with Lardo – fatback with herbs and rock salt. Imported directly from Lenzi’s Farm in Tuscany. The sauce using bisque mayo and topped with Italian Caviar.
The third dish is “Branzino All’acqua Pazza”. Brittany line-caught sea bass delivered two times per week. Cooked in light broth of carrots, zucchini, fennel, potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
The next dish that Che Francesco Lenzi would like to present is “Tagliatelle Verdi”. Homemade Tagliatelle recipe from Chef Lenz’s Grandmother. Red prawns from Mazara del Vallo Sicily. A little touch of fresh burrata and basil sauce.
Another pasta dish is “Pici Al Ragù di Cervo”. Daily handmade Pici served with knife ground Venison Ragout and Parmesan foam. This menu will bring you to feeling homy in the same time.
Main Course that Chef Lenzi sever is “Pancia Di Agnello”. Lamb belly from France. With roasted eggplants, pear purée, spring onion & grappa sauce.
Finished the meal with “Budino Al Mais”. Sweet corn pudding, marinated peach. Aged balsamic and caramelized pop-corn with chocolate.
